Domestic Shipping
Whenever possible, all items will be shipped via FedEx ground services. Faster service, FedEx 2nd day air and next day air are also available at the expense of the customer placing the order. Multiple or oversized items such as tipi poles may require common carrier shipment. Shipping charges for those larger items can be quoted when order is placed. Shipping and handling is calculated by weight.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Reliable Tent and Tipi warrants to the original purchaser, its products to be free of defects of materials and workmanship. We will replace or repair the product, at our digression, when return to us, freight prepaid. Any returns for repair or replacement will require prior authorization and must be accompanied by dated proof of purchase. Reliable Tent and Tipi makes no other warranty, whether expressed or implied, and shall not be liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, transportation, or any other forces beyond our control. Damage caused by mildew or exposure to the elements is not covered by this warranty. Kindly refer to the Tent Care section on your instructions for the care and protection of your purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any standard stock item purchased from us, for any reason, return it to us within 15 days in unused condition for a full refund of your purchased price. This will exclude shipping and handling charges. Highly customized Tents and Tipis may be excluded from this offer.
ORDERS
When placing an order, 50% down if required to start production. If the item is in stock, the full amount must be processed before shipment. All orders will be required to have full payment before your order is shipped.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available thru your Sales Representative. Special pricing and product availability will be determined at the time the order is placed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders maybe cancelled without penalty for standard products that have not been shipped. Custom product orders can not be cancelled once fabric has been ordered or production commenced.
PAYMENT TYPE
We will happily accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Cash, and Personal Checks. (7-10 day approval)
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible so you can enjoy your Reliable product. There are sometimes during the year that our products may take longer to ship than others. We try to have a variety of items in stock. If they are not in stock, you should allow 3-5 weeks for shipment. The delivery time may be longer in the Spring and Summer Season. If you order over the internet we will you email you back with an expected ship date or you can always call before you order.
